We cook with pure ingredients and create a balance that is closer to home cooked Indian fare. All our beef, poultry and pork are antibiotic and hormone free. The Western, and in particular the English, influence is easy to spot and this is why we have changed many of the names of traditional Indian dishes. Without taking anything away from the complexity and intensity of the food, we hope to make it delicious for both the curry aficionado and the novice alike. Everybody is welcome.
